Nos últimos dez meses, uma série de decisões e encontros secretos (alguns Públicos) entre autoridades, decretos suspeitos, mídia, governantes mundiais, com acordos ainda não compreendidos, amordaçou à população, especialistas, médicos e outros órgãos são censurados pelos veículos, Facebook, Instagram , YouTube e outros, ou seja, ‘internet’ "censurada por Redes Sociais” após ações movidas por alguns integrantes da classe política, grande mídia, autoridades dos defensores do Covid19 O caso mais recente envolveu a palavra do médico Alexandro Loyola, de exibir suas palavras ou posicionamento sobre o que vem acontecendo no Sistema da Saúde, os trechos serão colocados abaixo de seu alerta à população. Isso incomoda os militantes em favor vírus. Trata-se de um caso de censura prévia, vedada pela Constituição Federal. Alguns dias antes, fiz o teste tentando colocar esse vídeo no Instagram, o vídeo não foi aceite sob alegação de“ inverdades” que são contra regras da comunidade - fica a dúvida o que está certo ou errado sobre Covid19? - qual será a verdadeira intenção dessa Censura? - será que o caminho da vacina que está certo, que o vírus está correto ou que o excesso de zelo por parte dos defensores do vírus formam um grupo dos intelectos da omissão da verdade!? - Para que pudesse ser retirado do ar uma série de reportagens sobre a outra face do Coronavírus precisaríamos ter uma justificativa lógica e correta. Do qual, a alegada pela Rede Social, não soou muito bem, percebemos que alguém ou grupos envolvendo algumas autoridades, mídia e governantes, estão por trás disso, ou mesmo, envolvidos em um acordo secreto - cujo foge dos interesses populares. Não é à-toa, que muitos políticos estão calados, governantes fazendo “marketing” da vacina, e autoridades fingindo que nada veem. Em um contexto no qual o proposito se tornou uma guerra política contra o presidente Jair Bolsonaro, que ao invés de tomar providências jurídicas fica retrucando veículos de imprensa e jornalistas da grande mídia marrom, que nada tem mostrado de útil. Essa mídia que perde um grande tempo, criticando seu gerenciamento ou que abordam assuntos sem interesse público, não mostram os crimes violentos que estão acontecendo no país, a destruição do meio ambiente, a pobreza do povo, a falta de educação, a falta de saúde, os roubos cometidos aos cofres públicos a mais de 40 anos, dando atenção (sem generalizar) a uma grande quadrilha que assaltou e assalta os cofres Públicos, esbanjando do dinheiro público com mordomias, salários fora do padrão, sem projetos bons para a população, além da necessidade de projetos securitária Pública – ao invés disso, ficam achando argumentos esfarrapados contra os policiais, que ganham muito pouco, não tem condições adequadas de trabalho, que mereciam mais respeito da Sociedade, os únicos que realmente prendem bandidos - infelizmente, soltos por uma minoria autoridades superiores cujo ao invés disso, deveriam dar exemplos. Os especialistas alertam para um clima de “degradação” do ambiente de liberdade de expressão e de imprensa no país.
A liberdade de expressão e pensamento tanto reclamada, expressada e falada por jornalistas, se apagou, ficaram todos quietos quando chegou na vez do povo? - Por que será?

No caso onde se ouvido apenas um lado da história, não pode ser traduzido como verdade - por exemplo, se a população, especialista ligado à saúde Pública, não são permitidos a darem suas opiniões sobre o Coronavírus, ficou muito claro, que estão tentando dominar, controlar, a fala da verdade sobre Covid19, implantando através da mídia marrom e governantes associados, o medo, pavor, obrigando, todos os cidadãos a tomar uma vacina que não tem comprovação científica de sua eficácia e comprovação de que é segura para o uso da população – ou seja, um sistema“ Ditatorial implantado no mundo” Se no curto prazo a população fica sem informações relevantes, Jucelino destaca também prejuízos no horizonte distante. “Essa, categoria de decisão degrada o ambiente público e a liberdade de expressão de uma maneira geral. Se não é revertida em instâncias superiores, mesmo a longo a prazo, isso tem um efeito ruim”, afirma. Ele diz que geralmente nestes casos o Supremo Tribunal Federal não poderia se politizar ou tendência justa e correta seria a derrubar as decisões de primeira instância de censura prévia contra todo cidadão por parte dessas redes Sociais - que estão escutando apenas um lado – portanto, isso, é censura a verdade. Levando nos, a crer que há muitas mentiras por trás do Covid19 – “tsunamis” e cepas criadas por uma minoria que ganha milhões com a desgraça alheia.
Estes movimentos de grandes redes Sociais e de parte do Judiciário contra o povo brasileiro precisa ser entendidos em um contexto maior, de “judicialização da política no Brasil”, e de alguns países, afirma Jucelino Luz,“É um fenômeno mundial, e tem atingido temas sensíveis para os valores democráticos”, diz. Para o visionário e orientador espiritual, “a judicialização da política nunca deve ser comemorada, pois, ela é sintoma de anomalia no sistema político: ou ele não está funcionando direito, ou está com problemas de legitimidade”. Ele cita como um dos primeiros casos deste movimento as decisões jurídicas que obrigavam o poder público a fornecer medicamentos para tratamento do HIV. “Começou como garantia de direitos —o que já aponta anomalia do sistema, uma vez que os Governos deveriam garantir estes remédios para a população fora dos tribunais—, e se espalhou para praticamente todas as esferas”, diz. “Por isso nosso sistema democrático tem um tribunal constitucional: para que ele dê uma basta quando entender que a Constituição foi desrespeitada”, conclui.
Sobretudo, é obrigação do Estado a proteção de seu cidadão e da justiça à garantia de seus direitos legais.
Mas nem sempre o STF age com a velocidade esperada, às vezes, politiza suas decisões - um órgão importante que deveria ser independente, não poderia ter poder absoluto. Na ocupação de um cargo naquele Tribunal Superior, deveria ser apenas por concurso Público e/ou por tempo de serviço.
Há uma existência de “pluralidade do Judiciário”, o que ajudaria a deixar os casos de censura prévia restrita a uma parcela menor de juízes
Censura ao Povo jamais é comentada por jornalistas da grande mídia marrom.
A “internet”” é um marco civil que ajuda a comunicação da população, portanto, não deixe alguns governantes mal-intencionados amordaçar você de sua liberdade de expressão e pensamento...”
A verdade não tem duas versões, quando essa surgir, o povo vai se revoltar contra governantes, uma minoria vestidos de justiça e contra grupos organizados que saqueiam todos os anos, os cofres públicos usufruindo da desgraça alheia.

This media that wastes a lot of time, criticizing its management or dealing with matters of no public interest, does not show the violent crimes that are happening in the country, the destruction of the environment, the poverty of the people, the lack of education, the lack of health, thefts committed to public coffers more than 40 years ago, paying attention (without generalizing) to a large gang that assaulted and robbed the public coffers, squandering public money with perks, non-standard wages, without good projects for the population, in addition to the need for public security projects - instead, they find ragged arguments against the police, who earn very little, do not have adequate working conditions, which deserve more respect from the Society, the only ones who really arrest bandits - unfortunately, released by a minority senior officials whose examples should instead be given examples. Experts warn of a climate of "degradation" in the environment of freedom of expression and the press in the country.
